That was a good talk. Felicity was good. She followed her high school crush (who didn't know she existed) Ben across the country to attend college with him and hope to get to know him better. If I recall correctly, the thing went on for four years and ended up all being a dream she had the night be graduation or something like that, or some future self came back to see her...so even Felicity ended with a little sci-fi. I thought JJ Abrams was a girl for the longest time.

A few years ago a skull was found encased in cement in a 5 gallon bucket at a rest stop a few miles from my house. I thought figuring out how that came to be would be an interesting mystery box. I later learned that the guy was done in by a couple of his co-horts in Iowa and disposed of in pieces across the land. I can't remember what they did, I just remember they were collecting weird things like antique swords or something.

Every story is a mystery. It supposed to answer, how did this happen? And the trick is telling it in an interesting way. Darth Vader became the main mystery of the Star Wars series. How did this guy come to be?

I loved the scene Abrams shared from Jaws. I remember seeing that scene when I was little from the kid's eyes. And when I saw it this time I saw it from the Dad's eyes. Mystery unraveled - full circle.
