		<description>Wow!  Update on my previous comment.  It looks like Radiohead is doing exactly that.  They're making their new album available for free download and asking people to pay what they want.  Is this just the beginning?</description>

		<description>The Internet has made the music distribution business go the way of the buggy whip - they just don't know it yet.  Artists are figuring out that it's a good thing to get their material out there - even if it's a free.  Then they can make their money on concerts.

Artists should just put up a web page to allow anyone to download their stuff and then put an Amazon "Click-to-Donate" button on it.  The good artists would probably make more money from voluntary donations from avid fans than they do from their record contracts.</description>
